We conduct BS5837 surveys, assessments and associated reporting for your development. We can also take it up a notch and provide comprehensive woodland surveys and management plans.

BS5837 is the British Standard for trees. Anyone developing land with trees on must conduct a BS5837 survey to ensure the trees are documented properly and suitable consideration incorporated into the design of any development work. Firstly, a topographic survey of the site needs to be undertaken. We can't do this, so please contact your land surveyor. Once this is done, we can conduct a site survey, ensuring our assessments meet the BS5837 guidelines. Then we will write up a report for you which you can include in your planning application. This work can be undertaken at anytime in the year.
